On the professional front, Satish Kaushik was last seen in ‘Kaagaz’. The film co-starring Pankaj Tripathi and Monal Gajjar premiered on ZEE5 on January 7, 2021.

Veteran actor-filmmaker Satish Kaushik had recently informed his fans and followers on social media that he has tested positive for COVID-19 and is isolating himself at home.

"Attention, please! I have been tested COVID-19 positive. I would request everyone to get tested, who came in contact with me in the last few days. I am home quarantined. Your love, best wishes and blessings will help. Thanks," he posted on social media.

And now the latest update is that the senior actor has been admitted to hospital following a discomfort at home.

According to a report in ETimes, Kaushik was in a bit of discomfort and his doctors advised him to get admitted to a hospital. He was rushed to the Kokilaben Ambani Hospital and has been receiving treatment since. It is assumed that he will remain in the hospital until he tests negative and regains full fitness.

Satish Kaushik’s spokesperson confirmed the same to the website over a text that reads:"Yes, Satish ji is currently admitted in Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital. He is recovering well. He was planning to get vaccinated for COVID-19; however, when he got tested after experiencing some weakness, he found that he was positive. He quarantined himself at home for two days but decided to get admitted to the hospital for proper medical care. He is grateful to his family, friends and well-wishers who are praying for his speedy recovery.”

On the professional front, Kaushik was last seen in ‘Kaagaz’. The film co-starring Pankaj Tripathi and Monal Gajjar premiered on ZEE5 on January 7, 2021.
