A video that has gone viral shows the newlyweds arriving in the extravagant BMW for their reception at Bastian, a popular restaurant on Linking Road, Mumbai. In the clip, Sonakshi and Zaheer are seen holding hands while seated in the backseat of the car. According to various reports, Zaheer gifted his wife the BMW i7 electric sedan worth over Rs 2 crore.

The couple tied the knot on June 23 in a civil ceremony at Sonakshi's new apartment in Bandra West, Mumbai. The 'Heeramandi' actress bought the luxurious apartment on the 36th floor in September last year. The sea-facing apartment spans 4,210.87 sq ft and reportedly cost Rs 11 crore.
Sonakshi and Zaheer’s wedding reception was attended by prominent Bollywood celebs such as Salman Khan, Vidya Balan with Siddharth Roy Kapur, and veteran actress Saira Banu, among others.

Earlier today, Sonakshi shared a series of loved-up pictures with Zaheer from their wedding reception on Instagram. Sonakshi wore a stunning red Raw Mango saree from her wedding reception on Sunday evening. She completed her look with a slick bun adorned with flowers and accessorized with an emerald necklace and earrings. Zaheer complemented her perfectly, looking dashing in a white kurta and pyjama.
She captioned the photos, “Whattttt a day!!!! Sonakshi has several exciting projects in the pipeline. She will be seen in the horror comedy 'Kakuda,' directed by Aditya Sarpotdar and produced by Ronnie Screwvala under RSVP Movies. The film also stars Riteish Deshmukh and Saqib Saleem in key roles.
Additionally, Sonakshi is working on 'Nikita Roy and The Book of Darkness.'
