Shah Rukh Khan To Anand Mahindra's Compliment About His Age Defying Gravitational Forces: 'Life Is Short Sir... Try & Entertain'

On Wednesday, SRK gave the most perfect reply to Anand Mahindra when the latter complimented him on his energy in the 'Jawan' track 'Zinda Banda'.

New Delhi: Shah Rukh Khan is known for his wit, humour and naturally his star power and films. On Wednesday, SRK gave the most perfect reply to businessman and chairman of Mahindra Group, Anand Mahindra when the latter complimented him on his energy in the 'Jawan' track 'Zinda Banda'. Taking to his official Twitter handle, Anand had tweeted SRK's song with a caption, "ageing process defies gravitational forces!”

To which SRK jokingly remarked, "@anandmahindra Life is so short and fast sir, just trying to keep up with it. Try and entertain as many whatever it takes….laugh..cry…shake…or fly…hopefully make some to swim with the stars….dream for a few moments of joy.”

Shah Rukh Khan's comments won many hearts and fire emojis from fans. A fan wrote, "Zinda Banda Powering Youth. Perfect example of Ageing like Fine Wine”, while another wrote, "Greatest of all times.”

'Zinda Banda' also happens to be the first song from Shah Rukh Khan's upcoming film 'Jawan'. A dance song which features an extraordinary number of background dancers also shows SRK's dancing prowess and the energy to still entertain audiences after so many years.

'Jawan' directed by Atlee will see SRK collaborate with Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi, Sanya Malhotra and Priyamani.

Releasing on September 7, the film's post-production work is in full swing. 'Jawan' will be released in Tamil, Hindi and Telugu. Post the grand success of 'Pathaan' earlier this year and with Atlee's record of delivering blockbusters in the South, there is a lot of pressure and expectation on 'Jawan'.

As per several media reports, the post-production work on 'Jawan' is in full swing. Post 'Jawan', Shah Rukh Khan also has 'Dunki' with Taapsee Pannu which is being directed by Rajkumar Hirani.

‘Dunki’ will be released on December 22, 2023, at the end of the year.
