Netizens Dismiss Navya Nanda’s IIM Ahmedabad Admission As ‘Not A Real MBA’, Compare Her To Urvashi Rautela

Navya Nanda will study a Blended Postgraduate Program for the next two years in the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Navya Nanda, Amitabh Bachchan's granddaughter, has enrolled in the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. The 26-year-old entrepreneur will study a Blended Postgraduate Program for the next two years. Taking to Instagram, Navya shared a bunch of pictures from the campus along with a long note.

Reddit question Navya Nanda’s IIM Ahmedabad admission

However, some Reddit users said that her BPGP course isn't even a "real MBA." A Reddit post claimed, “So Navya Nanda posted about getting into IIM A and i commented the reality of it as below. "it's for their BPGP programme, not the flagship MBA, the flagship batch starts in June while BPGP starts in sept. It's a blended course with just a few weeks of learnings on campus, Rest is all online. These star kids stopped low with their PR but this one seems to have beaten all of them by getting this IIM A tag through probably one of their least valuable courses" And guys Guess what within the next 2m of commenting She blocked me LMFAO, These bolly star kids are literally the lowest form of mankind!”

Another chimed in, “I went there and commented the same after coming to know it from here. AND I'M NOT LYING SHE BLOCKED ME TOO!!. Shady person.” A Redditor said, “Just like urvashi iitian.”

Fans defend Navya Nanda

Meanwhile, a few users came to her defense and said that she clarified about the course in her Instagram post. “She literally did say in her caption though that she’s doing BPGP (blended PGP) and the requirements do include the CAT score + interview. So ofc kuch toh uska merit hoyega hi to get the admission. I don’t get the hate tbh, I mean it’s still an achievement for her and she’s being transparent about the degree by saying it’s the blended program,” a comment read.

“Your comment was completely uncalled for. She never tried to portray that she got into the flagship course. Just because she’s a nepo she can’t post about a college she’s going to? Wtf lol It would have been different if you were just trying to clarify the same to people who haven’t gone the same route and are probably unaware but you were just being a jerk,” another said.

Another wrote, “Its not like she was trying to hide the course ,You were probably rude and got blocked ,OMG you got 96 percentile which is a bang average score to start with and doesn't really give you the right to have a meltdown.”
