Luv Sinha Excludes Sister Sonakshi Sinha From Parents’ Anniversary Post: 'Grateful For Every Moment We Share With You'

Amid speculation about a rift between siblings Sonakshi Sinha and Luv Sinha, Luv recently shared a picture to wish their parents, Shatrughan Sinha and Poonam Sinha, a happy wedding anniversary.

Amid speculation about a rift between siblings Sonakshi Sinha and Luv Sinha concerning her wedding, Luv recently shared a picture to wish their parents, Shatrughan Sinha and Poonam Sinha, a happy wedding anniversary. In his post, Luv excluded Sonakshi and shared a photo featuring himself, his twin brother Kussh Sinha, and their parents.

Luv posted the family picture on his Instagram Stories on Tuesday morning and wrote, “Happy anniversary to my amazing parents. We were blessed to have been born as your children, and are grateful for every moment we share with you.”

Why Luv Sinha missed Sonakshi's wedding

A week prior, Luv hinted at the reasons behind his absence from Sonakshi's wedding on X (formerly Twitter). Sharing an article from Telegraph India, he explained, “Why I chose not to attend. Running an online campaign against me on a false premise won’t change the fact that for me my family will always come first.”

He continued, “The reasons are very clear as to why I didn’t attend, and would not associate with some people no matter what. I’m glad a member of the media did their research instead of relying on creative stories being put out by a PR team.”

While Luv did not attend the wedding, his parents and twin brother Kussh were present at the intimate ceremony held in Bandra, Mumbai.

Shartrughan Sinha on alleged family differences

Shatrughan Sinha addressed his son’s reasons for missing the event in a recent interview with Times Now. Shatrughan Sinha, while addressing the alleged family differences, added, “There was absolutely nothing to worry about. We were like any ordinary family with a wedding happening. Just why we became a target of so much attention, you will know better than me.” He continued, “We didn’t ask for it. This is not the first time that such a marriage (interfaith) was happening. Our family was subjected to the most vicious smear campaign.” Shatrughan Sinha also issued a warning to critics, stating, “Let me make this clear. I won’t tolerate my family being attacked.

Commenting on Luv’s absence from the wedding, Shatrughan Sinha stressed that certain issues should remain private. “Family matters should stay within the family. Like I said, kaun se parivar mein disagreements nahi hote? (Which family does not have disagreements?) We may disagree and argue on certain issues. But at the end of the day, we are one family. And no one can break us,” he told Times Now.
