Bollywood actor Kartik Aaryan, who turned 33 today (Wednesday), is one of the one of the most sought-after actors in the younger generation.

New Delhi: Bollywood actor Kartik Aaryan, who turned 33 today (Wednesday), is one of the one of the most sought-after actors in the younger generation. The actor has multiple projects lined up with big production houses and filmmakers with the latest being with Karan Johar, announced on the occasion of his birthday. Like every successful actor, Kartik also went through his share of struggles before achieving his dreams.

In an earlier interview with Bollywood Hungama, the actor had remembered his old days and how he bought a third-hand car for Rs 60,000.  “When I first came to the industry, I didn’t have any car. The first car that I bought was after a couple of films — a third-hand car that I got for around Rs 60,000. I got it with great difficulty. There was a problem with the car door. I took it specifically because I was still taking an auto to the red carpet, or going on a bike, or getting a lift from people. So this car, the door didn’t open. I didn’t know what set-up that was, I couldn’t open it. There was also a leakage when it rained on the driver’s seat, but I got used to it,” the actor told Bollywood Hungama.

Meanwhile, the actor kickstarted his special day at his home in Mumbai with his pooch Katori.

Posting a picture of himself in front of a chocolate cake, he was seen praying with his pet dog by his side. He simply captioned the picture: “Grateful for all the love.”
