Filmmaker Karan Johar on Wednesday treated fans to a delightful moment between Bollywood icons Kareena Kapoor Khan and Rani Mukerji. In a heartwarming video Kareena and Rani hug each other, capturing a moment full of nostalgia and affection.

Karan Johar posts video of Kareena and Rani

Karan captioned the video, "Jab POO met TINA... that’s all!" — a nod to the characters both actresses played in Karan Johar’s films ‘Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham’ and ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’ respectively.

As the video plays, Karan can be heard greeting them with, “Hi, hi… Mujhse Dosti Karoge (Will you be friends with me)?” After Kareena kisses Rani, he playfully adds, "I like it. Prom pe main tumhare saath hi jaungi (I’ll go with you to the prom)." Blushing, Kareena responds, “Oh god, why are you doing this?” Keeping the banter going, Johar turns to Rani and repeats, “Mujhse Dosti Karoge?” to which she humorously replies, “Kabhi nahi (Never).” With a smile, Johar says, "I like it," while Kareena jokes, "We’re already regretting it."

On the professional front, Kareena is celebrating the success of her latest release, 'Singham Again', directed by Rohit Shetty. The star-studded cop drama, which also features Ajay Devgn, Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, Arjun Kapoor, Akshay Kumar, and Tiger Shroff, has soared past the Rs 150 crore mark at the box office.
