Ibrahim Ali Khan Stops Romance Rumours, Calls Palak Tiwari A 'Good Friend'

New Delhi: Ibrahim Ali Khan has finally addressed the months-long speculation and many sightings of the paparazzi around his rumoured affair with actress Palak Tiwari. The ‘Nadaaniyan’ actor, when questioned about their relationship in a recent interview with Filmfare, kept it brief and to the point.

“She’s a good friend. Yeah, she’s sweet. That’s all,” Ibrahim said, opting not to provide any detailed information about their relationship.

The two were originally linked in 2022 when they were seen leaving a restaurant together, which sparked a lot of discussion. They were photographed together again at an event in Mumbai, which fuelled rumours of a developing relationship.

Fans may want to tone down the dating rumours for the time being, however, because Ibrahim has clarified that they only share a friendship.

Ibrahim Ali Khan also talked about his early crush on Deepika Padukone and how it helped him recognise his father, Saif Ali Khan, was a famous person. “I remember I was like seven or eight years old. My dad was shooting for Imtiaz Ali's Love Aaj Kal in the UK. What a movie! And I was like, wow. Deepika Padukone. That's when I had my first crush ever. I was so small and I was obsessed with her. I was like I want to see Deepika. And that's when I realised my dad is a big actor. Deepika Padukone is doing a movie with him,” he recalled.

With the release of Shauna Gautam's 'Nadaaniyan' on Netflix, Ibrahim Ali Khan is emerging into the spotlight after making his acting debut alongside Khushi Kapoor. The film was heavily criticised online, particularly for its plot and acting.
