Hrithik Roshan Shares His Five-Week Epic Body Transformation, GF Saba Azad Says, 'Your Resilience Is...'

Hrithik Roshan has lost a remarkable amount of weight in only five weeks. He thanked his girlfriend Saba Azad for her encouragement.

New Delhi: Fans of Hrithik Roshan are united in their opinion that he is among the most handsome actors working in Bollywood. The actor often takes everyone's breath away with his chiselled abs and Greek God features. On Tuesday, Hrithik posted photos of his incredible weight transformation on Instagram and discussed the factors that contributed to his success in reaching his goal.

Hrithik Roshan posted two different mirror selfies on Instagram documenting his five-week body transformation, He said he got in shape because he was determined and had the backing of mentor Kris Gethin and devoted staff. The actor can be seen showing off his ripped physique.

Hrithik compared his physique in pictures taken in August and again in October. He wrote, “5 weeks. Start to finish. Post vacation to post shoot. Mission accomplished. Thank you knees , back, ankles, shoulders and spine and mind. You guys love a good fight. I love you all. Now time to rest and recuperate and begin to find an even better balance.”

Hrithik admitted the difficulties, adding, “Hardest part - was saying NO to other important things, loved ones, friends, social occasions, school PTM’s and even extended work hours. 2nd hardest part - Getting into bed by 9pm."

Thanking girlfriend Saba Azad, Hrithik wrote, “Easiest part - having a partner who is likeminded in thoughts and action. Thank you Sa.”

The actor concluded his post, saying, “P.S.: I do this cause my movie characters sometimes challenge me to look a certain way. And I love challenges. That being said, I don’t depend on one shape or the other for my own self-worth.”

Saba Azad gushed over his amazing transformation and commented, “And there it..achieving the unachievable in record time :) Your resilience is unreal Ro!!”
