Located next to actor Shah Rukh Khan’s residence, Mannat, in Bandra, Mumbai, the couple's new abode is set to be one of the most talked-about properties in the area.

Worth Rs 100 crore, it spans 11,266 square feet with an additional 1,330 square feet of terrace space. The apartment occupies floors 16 to 19 of the building. A recent video shows most construction is done, with only exterior work remaining. The property is located close to Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat, and the couple plans to move in once it's ready.
In September 2024, Deepika Padukone and her father Prakash Padukone’s company, KA Enterprises, purchased a luxury apartment in Bandra’s Sagar Resham Co-operative Housing Society near Bandstand for Rs 17.78 crore. The deal involved a stamp duty of Rs 1.07 crore and registration charges of Rs 30,000. The property transaction was registered under KA Enterprises LLP, as per documents reviewed by Square Yards.
