Amitabh Bachchan And SRK’s New Ad Reminds Of K3G’s Yashvardhan-Rahul Raichand

SRK's project with Amitabh Bachchan was also released online following the hugely successful release of the Atlee-directed movie.

New Delhi: The action movie 'Jawan', starring Shah Rukh Khan, premiered in theatres on Thursday to overwhelmingly glowing reviews. The actor's special project with Amitabh Bachchan was also released online following the hugely successful release of the Atlee-directed movie. Recently, Shah Rukh Khan stated that he collaborated with Amitabh Bachchan on a "special project."

Amitabh has been endorsing this masala brand for years and now SRK joined him in a new commercial. Shah Rukh and Amitabh portray themselves in the advertisement.

Both actors are shown exiting their respective vanity fans at the start of the ad as they make their way home from the shoot. The paparazzi waiting outside hound them, stopping them from relishing the biryani that is waiting for them at home. The two actors, in sync, point in different directions while yelling "Alia," leading the paparazzi to flee in that way so they may get a photo of Alia Bhatt. As Amitabh and Shah Rukh rush towards their respective cars, you momentarily are reminded of a scene from Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, which also starred both actors.

'Mohabbatein', a 2000 romantic drama directed by Aditya Chopra, 'Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham', a 2002 family drama, and 'Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna', a 2006 romantic drama, are the three films in which the two superstars worked together.

Meanwhile, early estimates show that SRK's 'Jawan' will earn more than Pathaan's opening-day total of Rs 57 crore and reach Rs 73 crore. According to industry tracker Sacnilk, the action flick is anticipated to pull in Rs 65 crore from the Hindi market. The movie is anticipated to earn Rs 84.50 crore total.

Along with Deepika Padukone making a cameo appearance, the movie also stars Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi in the major roles. 'Jawan' released in theatres worldwide on 7 September.
