According to property registration documents reviewed by SquareYards.com, Aamir bought the apartment for Rs 9.75 crore. The ready-to-move-in property spans approximately 1,027 square feet (carpet area). The transaction, completed on June 25, included a stamp duty of ₹58.5 lakh and a registration fee of ₹30,000.

This new property is situated in Bella Vista Apartments, a prestigious residential building in the affluent Pali Hill neighborhood, known for its serene environment and lush greenery. Pali Hill is one of Mumbai’s most coveted residential locations, attracting many high-profile residents.

In addition to his latest acquisition, Aamir Khan already owns several properties in Bella Vista Apartments and Marina Apartments in Pali Hill, both of which are scheduled for redevelopment. Among his notable holdings is a massive 5,000-square-foot sea-facing home in Bandra, spread across two floors, featuring minimalist interiors and a large open area ideal for hosting events.

Aamir's impressive real estate portfolio also includes a Rs 7 crore farmhouse in Panchgani, purchased in 2013, which spans 2 acres. Furthermore, the actor has reportedly made substantial investments in commercial properties and owns 22 houses in Shahabad, Hardoi district, Uttar Pradesh.

On the work front

On the professional front, Aamir Khan's last film, 'Laal Singh Chaddha', did not perform well at the box office. However, his latest production, 'Laapata Ladies', has received positive feedback. Aamir is currently working on his upcoming film 'Sitaare Zameen Par', which is expected to hit theaters around Christmas this year.

Talking about the film, the actor had earlier told PTI, "I’m starring in and producing this film Sitaare Zameen Par. We are going ten steps ahead with the theme of Taare Zameen Par. That film made you cry, this one will make you laugh. In Taare, I helped Darsheel’s character, but in this film, nine people, with their own set of problems, will help me."
