‘Bigg Boss 13’ Contestant Hindustani Bhau Gets Arrested For Protesting To Cancel Board Exams

Mumbai: Popular Youtuber and former Bigg Boss contestant Hindustani Bhau has been arrested by the cops at Shivaji Park. According to reports, Vikas Fhatak aka Hindustani Bhau has been arrested for leading a protest to cancel the 12^th board exams and wave off fees during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Hindustani Bhau became famous for his videos on patriotism on social media. The Youtuber commands a huge fan following. Hindustani Bhau is also known for his abusive contents on social media. Also, his account has been suspended by Instagram for violating rules.

Hindustani Bhau was also in news last year for lodging a complaint against Ekta Kapoor and her mother Shobhaa Kapoor for allegedly ‘disrespecting the Indian Army’ in a scene in one of their web series on ALT Balaji. In a video, he accused Kapoor and her mother of disrespecting Indian soldiers in one of the episodes of the web series.

He also participated in Salman Khan’s popular reality show ‘Bigg Boss 13’ and grabbed several eyeballs during his stay inside the house. He entered the house as a wild card contestant. Sidharth Shukla, Rashami Desai, Shehnaaz Gill, Asim Riaz, Devoleena Bhattacharjee and others also participated in the 13^th season of ‘Bigg Boss’ along with Hindustani Bhau. Sidharth Shukla emerged as the winner of the season.

After his account was suspended from Instagram, now Facebook also suspended his verified account. Reportedly, Facebook suspended his account on the grounds of provoking the sentiments of people.
