Ex ‘Bhabiji…’ Actress Saumya Tandon Accused Of Using Fake ID As Frontline Worker To Get Vaccinated!
Saumya has been accused of getting vaccinated at Thane parking plaza’s Covid hospital. Later the Thane Municipal Corporation took the matter in cognizance and said it has ordered investigation.
Former Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain actress Saumya Tandon found herself embroiled in controversy after news of her getting vaccinated using a fake id surfaced on internet.
Saumya has been accused of wrongfully showing her as a frontline worker to get vaccinated, in-fact her fake id card is also making rounds on social media. When ABP News reached the actress, "she called the news fake and baseless and said that contrary to the reports she didn't get vaccine at the mentioned Thane centre."
Saumya also tweeted about the same on her social media.
She tweeted: Contrary to some media reports claiming that I have taken my first Covid vaccine dose from A facility in Thane by dubious means is untrue. I have taken my first jab but from a centre near my house following proper procedures. Please don’t believe in unverified reports and claims.

Earlier, Priyanka Chopra’s cousin Meera Chopra too was accused of using fake id for getting Covid vaccine. She too had given her clarification on Instagram.
Saumya became a household name, in 2015, when she started playing the role of Anita bhabhi in the comedy serial Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain!
She is also known as "gori mem" from the serial, however, after 5 years, she quit the show on 21 August 2020.
