New Delhi: The 'Drishyam 2' fever is riding high. Meanwhile, its lead actor Ajay Devgn is leaving no stone unturned to promote the film in style and in all formats. On Friday, the actor took to his official Instagram handle to share a fun reel about his character's investigation in ACP ( CID) style. CID is TV's one of the longest running crime show dramas featuring iconic characters like Abhijeet, Daya and ACP Pradyuman. Ajay shared a reel of himself and all three of these characters trying to solve the case which hinged on October 2 & October 3.

‘Drishyam 2’ will open with a new investigating officer in the form of Akshaye Khanna reopening the Vijay Salgaonkar case with the help of Tabu who knows the truth. This time, the investigation becomes more grueling and intense and as the trailer shows, we will perhaps see Vijay Salgaonkar confess.

Ajay taglined the video, "ACP Squad trying to find out 2 aur 3 October ko jya hua' and a meanwhile section showing Vijay Salgaonkar wearing shades and sporting swagger. 'Drishyam 2' is an upcoming crime thriller starring Ajay Devgn, Tabu, Shriya Saran, Akshaye Khanna, Ishita Dutta, Mrunal Jadhav and Rajat Kapoor. Predominantly shot in Goa, Hyderabad and Mumbai, 'Drishyam 2' is all set for a theatre release on November 18, 2022.

‘Drishyam 2’ has been directed by Abhishek Pathak and produced by  Panorama Studios, Viacom18 Studios, and T-Series Films.
