Abhishek Bachchan Roasts KRK As He Mocks Bollywood, Takes A Dig At KRK's Film 'Deshdrohi'

On Saturday, the 'Bob Biswas' actor took to his Twitter to share a poster of the upcoming Malayalam film 'Vaashi' starring Tovino Thomas and Keerthy Suresh. 

New Delhi: Abhishek Bachchan is garnering a lot of praises from netizens for his witty responses to actor, critic and trade analyst Kamaal Rashid Khan on Twitter.

On Saturday, the 'Bob Biswas' actor took to his Twitter to share a poster of the upcoming Malayalam film 'Vaashi' starring Tovino Thomas and Keerthy Suresh. 

Sharing the posters, he wrote, "Another incredible movie coming from Malayalam film industry!! Good luck to the entire cast and crew."

However, Abhishek being all praises for the Malayalam industry did not go down well with KRK, who often satirises passes demeaning remarks against Bollywood actors and the industry. Replying to Abhishek's tweet, he wrote, "Bhai kabhi aap Bollywood wale bhi koi incredible film bana dena! (Brother, someday you Bollywood people should also make an incredible film)."

Abhishek Bachchan was quick to give a befitting reply to KRK. He took a dig at KRK's 2008 film 'Deshdrohi' that was a huge flop and wrote, "Prayaas karenge.....Aapne banai thi na.....Deshdrohi."

The war of words between Junior Bachchan and KRK ensued as the latter replied, "Hahaha! Meri film Ke budget (₹1.5Cr) Se Zyada Toh Aap logo Ke Makeup man Ka budget Hota hai. 2nd film Aap Bollywood Walon Ne Banane Nahi Di. Nahi Toh blockbuster Bhi Banakar Dikha Deta!"

Abhishek ended the war of words by writing, "Chaliye,aap bhi koshish kijiye. Asha karte hain ki is sangharsh me aap safal hon."

Netizens were left in splits over Abhishek and KRK's war of words and hailed the 'Guru' actor for dealing with the comment in a witty way.

Several users appreciated Abhishek's wit while some even acknowledged his acting skills. One user wrote, "You're a class act AB. You're truly an incredible actor and there are many fans who acknowledge your work, I'm one of those."

On the work front, Abhishek will be seen in 'Daswi' opposite Yami Gautam. He will also be seen in R Balki's 'Ghoomer'.
