UP Election | '2 People Afraid Of Vaccine In India...': PM Modi Slams 'Parivarwadis' At Fatehpur Rally
UP Election 2022: While, addressing a mega rally in Fatehpur, PM Modi lashed out at the opposition for raising questions on the vaccination drive in the country.
New Delhi: Days ahead of phase 2 polling in Uttar Pradesh, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, on Thursday, addressed a public rally in Fatehpur. During his address, PM Modi said that the dynasts of UP had termed the Covid vaccine as the BJP's vaccine and they always question the country’s achievements.
In an apparent jibe at the Samajwadi Party, Modi said, "The BJP government is giving free vaccine to the entire country but these 'parivarwadi' (dynasts) are saying this is BJP's vaccine. These 'parivarwadis' of UP never liked the might of the country and they question whatever good the country does," the PM alleged.

While reaching out to voters in all the ten seats of Banda-Fatehpur, PM Modi also said that the BJP win in the Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections as people have made up their minds to celebrate Holi on March 10, referring to the day of counting.
"I am coming from Punjab. The mood in Punjab is to vote for BJP. Every phase of UP polls is voting for BJP. People of UP have decided that before the arrival of Holi, on March 10, Holi of colors will be celebrated with great pomp," he said.
“The people of Uttar Pradesh have determined to hold colourful celebrations of victory on March 10, ahead of Holi,” added PM.

He said that Corona has engulfed itself in two years and has put humanity in danger. Amid such a terrible epidemic, we have been working for two years to save lives.
Meanwhile, the Prime Minister also expressed grief over the accident during the marriage in Kushinagar and said, "I pay my tributes to those who lost their lives in a tragic accident in Kushinagar yesterday. The administration is providing full assistance to the affected families".

PM Modi was welcomed by Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya on the ground near FCI of Bahua Road in Fatehpur. Earlier, he had come to this place to address the assembly election rally on 19 February 2017. After five years, he held a rally at the same place today.
The third phase of Uttar Pradesh assembly polls will be held on Sunday (February 20) covering 59 constituencies across 16 districts of the populous state. Counting of votes will be done on March 10.
