People Who Mock Atmanirbhar Abhiyan, Insult Forces Can Never Strengthen India: PM Modi
The Prime Minister attacked the opposition parties and said, "people who mock 'Atmanirbhar Abhiyan,' insult our (defence) forces- such dynasts can never strengthen India.
New Delhi: With Uttar Pradesh going to the sixth phase of assembly elections tomorrow, Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited Sonbhadra and addressed people listing out the benefits they would get if BJP is re-elected to power in the state.
Speaking on the challenges Indians are facing after Russia invaded Ukraine, PM Modi said that the government is making all efforts to evacuate people stuck in Ukraine under Operation Ganga. He said that thousands of citizens have been brought back to India and to accelerate this mission, the government has sent its four cabinet ministers there. PM Modi said, "will leave no stone unturned for the safe passage of Indians".
The Prime Minister further attacked the opposition parties and said, "people who mock 'Atmanirbhar Abhiyan,' insult our (defence) forces- such dynasts can never strengthen India. They are the same people who spread rumours about the country's COVID vaccine".
He added those people don't realise that it is due to India's rising strength that we are able to safely evacuate our nationals stuck in Ukraine, for which we are running Operation Ganga.
PM Modi said that 'these Parivarwadis have left no stone unturned to insult India and this is an insult to UP as well'.
PM Modi said, "I have come to Sonbhadra today and requesting you to never forgive such people who forced you to live in this situation. After independence, whenever these people got a chance to form the government, they worked to keep you behind."
Uttar Pradesh will witness the sixth phase of UP Assembly elections tomorrow (March 3) and the seventh and last phase of polls will be held on March 7. The counting of votes will be done on March 10.
