'Opposition Rudderless, Issueless': PM Modi's Dig At I.N.D.I.A After Election Date Announcement

PM Modi took a dig at the Opposition saying that they are rudderless and issueless and they can only abuse and practice vote bank politics.

Lok Sabha Elections: After the Election Commission of India (ECI) announced the dates for the election to the 18th Lok Sabha on Saturday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi took a dig at the Opposition bloc I.N.D.I.A saying that they are rudderless and issueless and they can only abuse and practice vote bank politics.

The Prime Minister took to social media platform X and said, "Our Opposition is rudderless and issueless. All they can do is abuse us and practice vote bank politics. Their dynastic approach and attempts of dividing society are not being accepted. Equally hurting them is their corruption trackrecord. People don’t want such leadership."

The Prime Minister exuded confidence in the BJP-led NDA alliance and said that they were fully prepared for the upcoming polls. "The biggest festival of democracy is here! EC has announced the 2024 Lok Sabha election dates. We, the BJP-NDA, are fully prepared for elections. We are going to the people on the basis of our track record of good governance and service delivery across sectors," PM Modi said.

On the announcement of 2024 Lok Sabha election dates, Uttarakhand CM Pushkar Singh Dhami says, " Preparations in Uttarakhand have been fully complete...Uttarakhand govt has done all the preparations. People of Uttarakhand consider PM Modi as part of their family...therefore in Uttarakhand, BJP will win 5 out of 5 seats"
