- Kishori Lal Sharma: Sharma, a close aide of the Gandhi family, defeated sitting MP and Union Minister Smriti Irani in Amethi by a margin of 1,67,196 votes. Smriti Irani had earlier defeated Congress leader Rahul Gandhi in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections.

- Yusuf Pathan: Yusuf Pathan, Trinamool Congress candidate from the Baharampur Lok Sabha seat in Murshidabad district, is leading against seasoned Congressman and five-time MP Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury by over 85,328 votes. Chowdhury's loss is being seen as a major shocker from the Baharampur Lok Sabha seat, considered to be a stronghold of Congress.
- Suresh Gopi: Actor-politician Suresh Gopi won the Thrissur parliamentary seat for the BJP by a margin of 74,686, putting an end to the over seven decades-long political drought in the southern state for the BJP. Gopi defeated his nearest rival and Left candidate V S Sunilkumar, leading to a shock for the ruling CPI (M)-led LDF and the Congress-headed UDF which had rubbished the chances of lotus blooming in the state.
- Kangana Ranaut: Actor Kangana Ranaut, the BJP candidate from Mandi Lok Sabha seat, won her debut election defeating her rival Congress's Vikramaditya Singh, by a margin of 74,755 votes. Kangana polled 5,37,002 votes against 4,62,267 votes polled to King of erstwhile Rampur state, who is also the sitting state Public Works Minister and son of six times chief minister Virbhadra Singh and state Congress chief Pratibha Singh.
- Vivek Bunty Sahu: BJP's Vivek Bunty Sahu, who won the Chhindwara seat with a margin of 1,13,618 votes ensured a double victory for the saffron party. Sahu not only won the Chhindwara, which has been the bastion of the Congress, but also ensured BJP clean sweep in Madhya Pradesh.
- Karan Bhushan Singh: BJP candidate Karan Bhushan Singh, son of Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh, has won from Kaiserganj constituency in Uttar Pradesh. Karan Bhushan Singh won by over 1.4 lakh votes against Samajwadi Party candidate Bhagat Ram.
- Geniben Thakor: Congress's Geniben Thakor is leading against her BJP rival Rekha Chaudhari in Banaskantha with a margin of 30,406 votes. If Thakor wins the seats, it would be Congress' only seat in Gujarat as the grand old party couldn't win even a single seat in the 2019 elections.
- Chandrashekhar Azad: Azad Samaj Party (ASP)-Kanshi Ram leader and Bhim Army founder Chandrashekhar Azad ‘Ravan’ has won the Nagina seat in UP by a margin of 1,51,473 votes. Azad came into prominence with the formation of the Bhim Army in 2015 and founded the ASP four years ago.
