Elections 2024: JJP Names Candidates For Remaining 5 Lok Sabha Seats, Karnal Assembly Bypoll
With these final nominations, the party has now put forward all 10 of its candidates for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections in the state.
New Delhi: The Jannayak Janta Party (JJP) on Monday announced its second list of candidates for the Lok Sabha elections in Haryana, unveiling five more candidates for the electoral fray. Dr. Kiran Punia to contest from Ambala against the ruling BJP's Banto Kataria. Joining the race, Palaram Saini will vie for the Kurukshetra Lok Sabha seat, while Devender Kadiyan is slated to represent the party in Karnal.
Completing its slate of candidates for Haryana, the JJP has named Bhupender Malik as its contender from Sonepat and Ravinder Sangwan from Rohtak. With these final nominations, the party has now put forward all 10 of its candidates for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections in the state, reported PTI.

Karnal Assembly Byelection
Notably, JJP has selected Rajinder Madaan, also known as Rama Madaan, as its candidate for the upcoming Karnal Assembly by-election.

As per reports, in its first list of candidates unveiled on April 16, the Jannayak Janta Party (JJP) positioned two-time MLA Naina Singh Chautala as its contender from Hisar, pitting her against ruling BJP's Ranjit Singh Chautala.
Notably, Naina Chautala, the spouse of JJP chief Ajay Singh Chautala, enters the electoral arena against her uncle, Ranjit Chautala. Additionally, the party announced former MLA Ramesh Khatak as its nominee for the Sirsa Lok Sabha seat.
The polling for these seats is scheduled to take place in the sixth phase of elections on May 25.
