Gujarat Election 2022: Polling Campaign Intensifies, PM Modi And Rahul Gandhi To Hold Rallies Today
Earlier on Sunday, Prime Minister Modi had held four public rallies in the state in Veraval, Dhoraji, Amreli, and Botad while it will be the first election campaign of Rahul Gandhi in this election.
New Delhi: Polling campaign is set to intensify today in Gujarat ahead of the Assembly polls as Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Congress MP Rahul Gandhi, both will hold public rallies in the state. The PM is scheduled to hold three public rallies, whereas Rahul Gandhi — currently on Bharat Jodo Yatra — will address two public rallies in the state.
First, PM Modi will hold a public rally in Surendranagar district at 12 noon as per the schedule released by the Bharatiya Janata Party. At 2 PM, Modi will address a public rally at Jambusar in Bharuch district while Congress senior leader Rahul Gandhi will be at Panch Kakda village in Mahuva in Surat district.

PM’s third public rally will be in Navsari at 4 PM while Rahul Gandhi will address a public rally at 4:15 PM at Shastri Maidan in Rajkot.

Earlier on Sunday, Prime Minister Modi had held four public rallies in the state in Veraval, Dhoraji, Amreli, and Botad. He also visited the Somnath temple.
Meanwhile, Rahul Gandhi is currently leading the Bharat Jodo Yatra, a mass contact initiative of the Congress which started on September 7. He last visited Gujarat on September 5 when he addressed a gathering of booth-level party workers in Ahmedabad.
Election to 182-member Gujarat Assembly will take place in two phases on December 1 and 5 and the votes will be counted on December 10 along with Himachal Pradesh.
