Pali: In the 2014 Lok Sabha polls, P P Chaudhary from Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) won the elections by a margin of 399039 votes. The polling / voting in Pali constituency in the 2019 General elections took place in Phase 4 on 29 April. The major contest is between Bharatiya Janata Party#s P P Chaudhary and Congress Party#s Badri ram jakhar

Pali 2014 Lok Sabha Polls

In the 2014 Lok Sabha polls, Bharatiya Janata Party won 25 out of the 25 parliamentary seat with 54.9 percent vote share while the Indian National Congress managed to win just seats with a 30.4 percent vote share.

Out of the 13 Lok Sabha candidates who contested the 2014 Lok Sabha elections from Pali, 11 had to deposit their security. The voters gave their mandate in favour of P P Chaudhary of the Bharatiya Janta Party as he defeated Munni Devi Godara by a margin of 399039 votes.

  • 2004 Lok Sabha Elections: In 14th Lok Sabha election, Bharatiya Janta Party candidate had defeated Indian National Congress candidate by a margin of 63238 votes BJP candidate Pusp Jain had got 264114 while INC got Surendra Kumar Surana votes.
  • 1999 Lok Sabha Elections: In 13th Lok Sabha poll, Bharatiya Janta Party candidate defated Indian National Congress candidate in one-sided contest. Here, BJP candidate Pusp Jain attained 316844 votes and INC's Mithalal Jain bagged 212178 votes.
  • 1998 Lok Sabha Elections: In 12th Lok Sabha election, Indian National Congress candidate defeated Bharatiya Janta Party candidate with a difference of 27436 votes. Here, Indian National Congress leader Mitha Lal Jain attained 282369 votes and Bharatiya Janta Party candidate Gumanmal Lodha bagged 254933 votes
  • 1996 Lok Sabha Elections: In 11th Lok Sabha election, Bharatiya Janta Party candidate defeated Independent candidate with a difference of 14471 votes. Here, Bharatiya Janta Party leader Gumanmal Lodha attained 142356 votes and Independent candidate Mitha Lal Jain bagged 127885 votes
  • 1991 Lok Sabha Elections: In 10th Lok Sabha election, Bharatiya Janta Party candidate defeated Indian National Congress candidate with a difference of 19301 votes. Here, Bharatiya Janta Party leader Gumanmal Lodha attained 219715 votes and Indian National Congress candidate Dharmichand Jain bagged 200414 votes
  • 1989 Lok Sabha Elections: In Ninth Lok Sabha poll, Bharatiya Janta Party candidate defated Indian National Congress candidate in one-sided contest. Here, BJP candidate Gumanmall Lodha attained 338797 votes and INC's Laxmimail Singhvi bagged 171469 votes.
  • 1984 Lok Sabha Elections: In 8th Lok Sabha election, Indian National Congress candidate defeated Bharatiya Janta Party candidate with a difference of 35721 votes. Here, Indian National Congress leader Mool Chand Daga attained 188274 votes and Bharatiya Janta Party candidate Pushpa Jain bagged 152553 votes
  • 1980 Lok Sabha Elections: In 7th Lok Sabha poll, Indian National Congress candidate defated JNP candidate in one-sided contest. Here, INC(I) candidate Mool Chand Daga attained 209960 votes and JNP's Devki Nandan Patodiya bagged 101844 votes.
  • 1977 Lok Sabha Elections: In Sixth Lok Sabha election, BLD candidate had defeated INC candidate by a margin of 88247 votes BLD candidate Amrit Nehata had got 197790 while INC got Mool Chand Daga votes.
  • 1971 Lok Sabha Elections: In Fifth Lok Sabha election, Indian National Congress candidate defeated IND candidate with a difference of 38660 votes. Here, Indian National Congress leader Mool Chand Daga attained 162536 votes and IND candidate Madho Singh bagged 123876 votes
  • 1967 Lok Sabha Elections: In Fourth Lok Sabha election, SWA candidate defeated INC candidate with a difference of 26071 votes. Here, SWA leader S. K. Tapuriah attained 147509 votes and INC candidate H. Chandra bagged 121438 votes
  • 1962 Lok Sabha Elections: In Third Lok Sabha election, Indian National Congress candidate defeated SWA candidate with a difference of 19259 votes. Here, Indian National Congress leader Jaswant Raj Mehta attained 99720 votes and SWA candidate Chiman Singh bagged 80461 votes
  • 1957 Lok Sabha Elections: In Second Lok Sabha election, Indian National Congress candidate defeated BJS candidate with a difference of 48621 votes. Here, Indian National Congress leader Harish Chandra Mathur attained 95385 votes and BJS candidate Sampat Mal bagged 46764 votes
  • 1951 Lok Sabha Elections: In India's Very First Lok Sabha Polls, Independent candidate had defeated INC candidate by a margin of 62845 votes IND candidate Ajit Singh had got 99925 while INC got Gokal Bhai Bhutt votes.
