New Delhi: The polling in Palam constituency in the 2020 Assembly Election elections took place on 8th February. Aam Aadmi Party has fielded Bhavna Gaur while Vijay Pandit is contesting on a Bharatiya Janata Party ticket. Voting in Palam Assembly was held on 8 February in which 63.07% voters exercised their vote. Counting of votes in Palam Assembly will begin today from 8 am, whose latest information will be available on this page.

• 1993 Assembly Elections: In 2nd Assembly election, interesting battle was seen seen between BJP and INC here BJP candidate defeated his INC counterpart with a difference of 4058 votes.

• 1998 Assembly Elections: In Third Assembly election, interesting battle was seen seen between INC and BJP here INC candidate defeated his BJP counterpart with a difference of 5547 votes.

• 2003 Assembly Elections: In 4th Assembly election, interesting battle was seen seen between BJP and INC here BJP candidate defeated his INC counterpart with a difference of 2317 votes.

• 2008 Assembly Elections: In 5th Assembly election, BJP candidate defeated INC candidate with a difference of 12593 votes. Here, BJP leader Dharam Deo Solanki attained 40712 votes and INC candidate Mahender Yadav bagged 28119 votes

• 2013 Assembly Elections: In 6th Assembly election, interesting battle was seen seen between BJP and AAP here BJP candidate defeated his AAP counterpart with a difference of 8372 votes.

AAP's BHAVNA GAUR Won the contest

BHAVNA GAUR from AAP has secured a win from Palam Assembly Constituency. As per the final vote count, BHAVNA GAUR won the polls, while BJP's VIJAY PANDIT and RJD's NIRMAL KUMAR SINGH lost in the election.
