Hathras: In the 2014 Lok Sabha polls, Rajesh Kumar Diwaker from Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) won the elections by a margin of 326386 votes. The polling / voting in Hathras constituency in the 2019 General elections took place in Phase 2 on 18 April. The major contest is between Bharatiya Janata Party#s Rajveer Singh Balmiki (Diler) and Samajwadi Party#s Ramji Lal Suman

In the 2014 Lok Sabha polls, Bharatiya Janata Party won 71 out of the 80 parliamentary seat with 42.3 percent vote share while the Samajwadi Party managed to win just 5 seats with a 22.2 percent vote share.

Here, Bharatiya Janta Party leader Kishan Lal Diler attained 175049 votes and Bahujan Samaj Party candidate Ram Vir Singh Bhaiyaji bagged 152212 votes
• 1999 Lok Sabha Elections: In 13th Lok Sabha election, Bharatiya Janta Party candidate had defeated Bahujan Samaj Party candidate by a margin of 68407 votes BJP candidate Kishan Lal Diler had got 178253 while BSP got Ganga Prasad Pushkar votes.
• 1998 Lok Sabha Elections: In 12th Lok Sabha poll, Bharatiya Janta Party candidate defated Bahujan Samaj Party candidate in one-sided contest. Here, BJP candidate Kishan Lal Diler attained 261809 votes and BSP's Ganga Prasad Pushkar bagged 119229 votes.
• 1996 Lok Sabha Elections: In 11th Lok Sabha poll, Bharatiya Janta Party candidate defated Bahujan Samaj Party candidate in one-sided contest. Here, BJP candidate Kishan Lal Diler attained 207057 votes and BSP's Ranbir Singh Kashyap bagged 95263 votes.
• 1991 Lok Sabha Elections: In 10th Lok Sabha election, Bharatiya Janta Party candidate had defeated JD candidate by a margin of 74344 votes BJP candidate Lal Bahadur Rawal had got 183628 while JD got Mul Chandra votes.
• 1989 Lok Sabha Elections: In Ninth Lok Sabha election, JD candidate had defeated Indian National Congress candidate by a margin of 95852 votes JD candidate Bangali Singh had got 236003 while INC got Puran Chand votes.
• 1984 Lok Sabha Elections: In 8th Lok Sabha election, Indian National Congress candidate defeated LKD candidate with a difference of 44638 votes. Here, Indian National Congress leader Puran Chand attained 165387 votes and LKD candidate Bangali Singh bagged 120749 votes
• 1980 Lok Sabha Elections: In 7th Lok Sabha election, JNP(S) candidate defeated Indian National Congress candidate with a difference of 34853 votes. Here, JNP(S) leader Chandra Pal Shailani attained 136293 votes and Indian National Congress candidate Dharam Pal bagged 101440 votes
• 1977 Lok Sabha Elections: In Sixth Lok Sabha election, BLD candidate defated INC candidate in one-sided contest. Here, BLD candidate Ram Prasad Deshmukh attained 300907 votes and INC's Chandra Pal Shailani bagged 92982 votes.
• 1971 Lok Sabha Elections: In Fifth Lok Sabha election, Indian National Congress candidate had defeated BJS candidate by a margin of 61833 votes INC candidate Chandra Pal Shailani had got 122182 while BJS got Karan Singh Verma votes.
• 1967 Lok Sabha Elections: In Fourth Lok Sabha election, interesting battle could be seen between Indian National Congress and IND here Indian National Congress candidate defeated his IND counterpart with a difference of 7119 votes.
