UGC NET December 2022: Exam City Intimation Slip Released On ugcnet.nta.nic.in - Know How To Download

The University Grants Commission (UGC) has released the Exam City Intimation Slips for the UGC NET December 2022 session. Candidates who have registered for the UGC NET December 2022 Session can download their examination city intimation slip by logging in to the official UGC website - ugcnet.nta.nic.in using their application number and date of birth. Notably, the UGC NET 2022 Exam is scheduled to be held on February 21, 22, 23, and 24, at designated centres across the country.

The University Grants Commission released a notice on its official website announcing the release of exam city intimation slips. “The candidates are required to check/download their Examination City Intimation Slip of UGC NET December 2022, Phase-I (using their Application No. and Date of Birth) from the website https://ugcnet.nta.nic.in/w.e.f. 13 February 2023, and go through the instructions contained therein,” read the official notice. 

In its notice, the commission further notified that the Admit Cards for the UGC NET December 2022 Session shall be released later. “In case any candidate faces difficulty in downloading/checking the Examination City Intimation Slip for UGC NET December 2022- Phase I, he/she can contact on 011-40759000 or e-mail at ugcnet@nta.ac.in,” the notice read further. 

Importantly, candidates may note that the exam city intimation slip is not the Admit Card. The city intimation slips notify candidates about the city in which their ‘Exam Centre” has been allotted. During the UGC NET December 2022 Application submission process, candidates were allowed to select up to four examination cities according to their preference.

• Visit the official UGC NET website - ugcnet.nta.nic.in
• On the homepage, go to the ‘Candidate Activity’ section and click on the ‘Advance City Intimation for UGC - NET December 2022’
• In the new page that opens, login using your Application Number, and date of Birth, and submit the security pin
• Your UGC NET December 2022 Exam City Intimation Slip shall now be displayed on your screen
• Download the intimation slip for future reference
