TRB TNTET 2019 exam dates released on trb.tn.nic.in; paper on June 8 and 9

TRB, Tamil Nadu has announced the examination dates for Tamil Nadu Teacher Eligibility Test (TNTET) 2019 on its official website.

TRB TN TET 2019: The Teachers Recruitment Board (TRB), Tamil Nadu has announced the examination dates for Tamil Nadu Teacher Eligibility Test (TNTET) 2019 on its official website – trb.tn.nic.in. As per the official notification, the written examination for Tamil Nadu TET 2019 will be organized on 8th and 9th June 2019 across the state. The online application process for TNTET 2019 was held in the months of March and April 2019. Candidates who had successfully registered for the same can check the official notification below: Official notification for TRB TNTET 2019 Exam Dates The TNTET 2019 exam will consist of two papers viz. Paper I and Paper II. Paper I is for secondary grade teacher who are eligible to teach classes I to V. The examination will be held on Saturday, 8th June 2019. More than 1.83 lakh candidates are estimated to appear for Paper I. Paper II is for the graduate teacher (BT Assistants) who are eligible to teach classes VI to VIII. Paper II is slated to be organized on Sunday, 9th June 2019. Over 4.2 lakh candidates are expected to appear for the same. Both the papers will be conducted from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. A total of 150 multiple choice questions carrying 150 total marks will be asked in each paper. While Paper I will consist of questions from Child Development and Pedagogy, Language I (Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam/Kannada/Urdu), Language II (English), Mathematics and Environmental Studies. Paper II will comprise of questions from Child Development and Pedagogy, Language I (Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam/Kannada/Urdu), Language II (English), and Mathematics and Science or Social Science. The Teachers Recruitment Board (TRB), Tamil Nadu is expected to soon release the admit cards for TNTET 2019. Stay Tuned!
