As per the official schedule, the TANCET 2024 Exam will be held on March 9, 2024.

The Anna University will close the online application process for the TANCET (Tamil Nadu CET) 2024 Exam tomorrow, February 12, 2024. Interested candidates who are yet to apply for the exam can submit their registration cum application forms online on the official website - tancet.annauniv.edu. While the TANCET 2204 registration process was previously scheduled to close on February 7, 2024, the Anna University later extended the deadline till February 12, 2024. 

Interested candidates may note that the TANCET 2024 Application Fee is Rs 1,000, while candidates form the SC/CT/PwD categories will have to pay an application fee of Rs 500 only. Before applying for the exam though, candidates are advised to carefully go through the detailed instruction available on the official website. 

The Anna university has already released the schedule for the TANCET 2024 Exam earlier. As per the notified schedule, the TANCET 2024 Exam will be held on March 9, 2024. While the exam for MBA admissions will be held from 02:30 pm to 04:30 pm, the exam for MCA will be held from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon. 

Conducted by the Anna University, Chennai, the TANCET is a state-level exam aimed at shortlisting suitable candidates for admissions into MCA and MBA programmes offered by various departments of the Anna University and other higher education institutions across Tamil Nadu. 

Usually held in the offline pen and paper mode, the TANCET Exam paper has around 100 objective-type questions to be answered in a maximum time duration of two hours.
