This innovative initiative is designed to help skincare novices feel at ease while exploring effective routines and products. Rooted in Deconstruct’s mission to empower individuals to embark on their skincare journey confidently, the campaign encourages participants to see skincare as a simple, essential daily habit—just like brushing your teeth.
Open to anyone aged 18 and above, regardless of prior skincare knowledge, this internship seeks to remove the intimidation often associated with starting a skincare routine. By offering a generous financial incentive of INR 1 lakh and personalized guidance, the programme inspires participants to develop healthier relationships with their skin. It emphasizes the importance of consistent skincare routines, making the process both rewarding and transformative.

- Open Spots: 6–10 participants
In line with Deconstruct’s mission to demystify skincare, this campaign is inclusive, reserving 50% of its spots for male participants. It challenges outdated stereotypes that skincare is only for women, inviting individuals of all genders and backgrounds to join this transformative journey.

Application Process
The selection process includes three stages:
- Registration and Screening
- Video Submissions
- Personal Interviews
The final group of selected participants will embark on a 30–60 day immersive journey focused on skincare, starting January 2025.
