RRB Group D Result 2018: Candidates who had appeared for the Group D Computer Based Test must keep a close tab on their respective regional Railway Recruitment Board’s website today and check their result once its released by the RRBs.

RRB Group D Result 2018: Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) results will be declared the today i.e. Monday, 4th March 2019 on the official websites. After a pressing long wait for 1.17 Crore job aspirants and dwindling speculations flooding the internet, the Railway Recruitment Board has put an end to all assumptions and declared the date of result of central employment notice CEN 02/2018 for Group D Level 1 posts, stating, ‘The List of Candidates shortlisted for PET based on their performance in the Computer Based Test (CBT) conducted during the period 17-09-18 to 17-12-18 is scheduled to be declared after 15:00 hrs on 04-03-19.’ Candidates who had appeared for the Group D Computer Based Test must keep a close tab on their respective regional Railway Recruitment Board’s website today and check their result once its released by the RRBs. Candidates who qualify the CBT will be eligible to appear for the next level Physical Efficiency Test (PET). The schedule of the same is expected to be released by the Indian Railways shortly after the declaration of Group D Results 2018. ‘Candidates can view their normalised Marks and shortlisting status for PET by logging in through the link provided on the official websites of RRBs duly entering their Registration Number and Date of Birth in DDMMYYYY format,’ read an important note on the notification released by the RRBs for Group D Result 2018. The online application process for the same began in February 2018, and the first stage of recruitment process i.e. Computer Based Test (CBT) was held from 17th September to 17th December 2018, across the country. The Indian Railways had advertised to fill a whopping 62,907 vacancies for various level 1 posts including Cabinman, Trackman, Leverman, Pointsman, Helper-II, Gr. D (Store), Keyman, Shunter, Welder, Fitter, Porter, Helper-II (Mech), Helper-II (ST), Gr. D (Engg.), Gangman, Switchman, etc. It is notable here that the candidates who’ll make it to final selection list of the RRB Group D Recruitment 2018 will be eligible to receive a monthly salary of ₹18,000 per month + allowances as per 7th CPC Level 1.
