RPSC RAS/RTS Main Exam 2018 has been deferred by the Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC). RPSC was scheduled to organize the Rajasthan Administrative Services (RAS) and Rajasthan Taxation Service (RTS) Combined Competitive Main Examination 2018 on Sunday, 23rd December 2018 and Monday, 24th December 2018, next week. However, the new exam dates for RPSC RAS/RTS Main Exam 2018 are Friday, 28th December 2018 and Saturday, 29th December 2018. The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has released a Press Note to notify the change in the exam schedule for Rajasthan Administrative Services (RAS) and Rajasthan Taxation Service (RTS) Mains Combined Competitive Examination 2018. Interested candidates can read the same here: Press Note Regarding postponement Rajasthan State and Subordinate Services Combined Competitive Examination-2018 (Mains Exam) RPSC aims to fill 980 vacancies for various posts via RAS/RTS Combined Competitive Examination 2018. The recruitment process includes three stages viz Preliminary Exam, Main Exam and Interview. While the Prelims are of qualifying nature only, the final selection list will be made on the basis of candidates’ performance in the Main Examination and Interviews. Earlier last week, RPSC had released the Revised Result of RPSC RAS/RTS Preliminary Exam 2018, as per which, a total of 7145 additional candidates belonging to the OBC and MBC categories were provisionally qualified to appear for the Rajasthan Administrative Services (RAS) and Rajasthan Taxation Service (RTS) Mains Combined Competitive Examination 2018. However, the candidature of these additional candidates is subject to the final outcome of petitions ongoing in the High Court of Rajasthan.
