SSC CGL Tier-1 2020 Results: The result of the Combined Graduate Level Exam (CGLE) 2020 Tier 1 has been declared by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) on its official website. The result merit list may be seen and downloaded from the official website ssc.nic.in by candidates who appeared in the test.

The SSC CGL 2020 Tier-1 exam was held in a computer-based test mode at various locations around the country from August 13 to 24. On September 2, the answer keys of the SSC CGL 2020 Tier-1 exam were made public.

“Based on marks scored in Tier-I Examination, candidates have been shortlisted, category-wise, to appear in Tier-II and Tier-III examinations. Separate cut-offs have been fixed for the posts of Assistant Audit Officer and Assistant Accounts Officer (List-1), Junior Statistical Officer (JSO) (List-2) and all other posts (List-3),” reads the official result notice.

The Tier 1 test was cleared by over 11,000 participants. The name and roll number of eligible applicants appear on the merit list. In the result announcement, SSC also included the category-wise cut-off for the CGL Tier 1 test.

How to check SSC CGL Tier-1 2020 Results:

1. Visit the official website at ssc.nic.in
2. On the homepage, go to the 'Result' section and select 'CGL'
3. On the webpage, click on the link to check the SSC CGL Tier-1 Result 2020
4. The SSC CGL Tier-1 Result 2020 in a pdf format will be displayed on the screen
5. Download the SSC CGL Tier-1 Result 2020 and take its printout for future use.

Candidates who pass the CGL Tier I test will be required to take the Tier II Computer Based Examination, then the Tier III descriptive type (pen and paper) exam, and finally the Tier IV Computer Proficiency Test/Data Entry Skill Test (wherever applicable).
