Maharashtra SSC Result 2021: MSBSHSE Class 10 Results Likely To Be Announced By July 15

Maharashtra SSC Class 10 Result Date: Once the results are announced, students of class 10 will be able to check their MSBSHSE Class 10 or SSC results 2021 online at mahresult.nic.in. 

Maharashtra Class 10 Result Date:The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) is likely to declare the class 10 or SSC results by July 15, 2021. Earlier, the Maharashtra School Education Minister Varsha Gaikwad has confirmed that the state board will announce the Maharashtra 10th result by July 15.

Once the results are announced, students of class 10 will be able to check their MSBSHSE Class 10 or SSC results 2021 online at mahresult.nic.in. 

This year, the class 10th exam was canceled due to the COVID pandemic and the class 10 result will be calculated on the basis of marks obtained by the student in the class 9 exam and internal assessment of class 10. Previously, the Maharashtra Class 10 board exams 2021 were scheduled to be conducted from April 28 to May 21, 2021. 

Following exams will be used for school-based assessment of class 10 students:

Category of test/exam Maximum marks
Class 10 internal assessment 30 marks
Class 10 Practical exam 20 marks
Class 9 exam 50 marks
TOTAL 100 marks

It is worth noting that last year's Maharashtra SSC result was declared on 29 July and HSC result was announced on 16 July. In class 10, 95.30 percent of students had passed the examination. Recently, the Maharashtra Board has also announced that class 10 students can appear for the Common Entrance Test (CET) for admission to class 11 or first-year junior colleges.

The preference in the FYCJ admission will be given to the students who have appeared in the CET based on their performance. The leftover seats will be allotted to the students based on their class 10 marks. Information like exam date, centre, and various other details will be released on the official website of the Maharashtra Board in due course of time. An ample amount of time will be provided to the students to prepare for the CET exams. The board has constituted a six-member committee to finalize the modalities of the Maharashtra CET exams.
