KVS Admission 2025-26 Lottery Results Out For Class-1. See How To Check Name Of Your Child

Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) has released the lottery list for Class 1 admissions. Parents can download the list from the official school websites and complete the admission process for children whose names appear on the list.

The Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan i.e. KVS has released the first list of lottery for Class 1. All parents who had applied for admission of their children in Class-1 in Kendriya Vidyalayas can download the list in PDF format from the official website of the respective schools.

The lottery lists have been released by each KVS school separately. The parents of the children whose names are included in this list can go to the school on the mentioned date and complete the admission process to get their children admitted.

How to Check KVS Lottery List?

Follow these steps to check the Class 1 lottery list released by Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan.

Parents can visit the school website to check the Kendriya Vidyalaya Class-1 lottery result.

On the website home page, they need to click on the link of Class-1 Lottery Result. A Google Drive window will open, showing pdf-format files.

Next, they will have to click on the PDF link according to the relevant category.

In this PDF, they can check details like the child's name, application submission Code, category, etc.

KV Admission Next Steps

If your child's name is on the lottery result, the next step will be to proceed for admission. For this, you will have to go to the allotted Kendriya Vidyalaya within the deadline and submit the required documents.

Among the documents required to be submitted are the candidate's birth certificate, Aadhaar card, caste certificate (if applicable) and residential proof certificate. The fee has to be paid as per KVS guidelines to confirm the seat.

What To Do If The Child's Name Is Not On The First List?

If your child is on the waiting list, you have to keep checking the KVS website regularly. After the completion of the admission process of the first list, candidates will be moved up from the waiting list. Admissions to students from the second list onward will be given on the basis of vacant seats.

The first list was released on March 25. In case of vacancies, the second list will be released on April 2.
