GSEB HSC Science Result 2023 is announced and available on the official website at gseb.org.

GSEB HSC Science Result 2023 Declared: The Gujarat Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (GBSHSE) has released the GSEB 12th Science Result 2023 today. The overall pass percentage for the Gujarat Board 12th exams is 65.58 percent which is a significant decline from last year's pass percentage of 72.07 percent. The pass percentage of boys was higher than that of girls, with 66.32 percent boys passing the exam as compared to 64.66 percent girls. Students who took the exam can check their results through the official website of the Gujarat Board at gseb.org.

It is to be noted that the GSEB has released only science stream results today and other stream results will be declared soon in due course. The GSEB conducted the Gujarat Board 12th Science Exam 2023 from March 14, 2023, to March 25, 2023. Out of the total of 1,07,663 students who registered for the Gujarat HSC 12th board exams in the Science stream, 1,06,347 students appeared for the exam.

Step 1: Visit the official website of GSEB at gseb.org.

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the 'GSEB 12th Science Result 2023' link.

Step 3: Enter the required details.

Step 4: Your result will be displayed. 

Step 5: Check the result and download the same. You can also take a printout for future reference.

Students can check their GSEB Class 12 results on WhatsApp by sending their seat number to 6357300971. 
 

GSEB 12th Result 2023: Last Year's Result Stats

Last year, out of the 95,361 students who appeared for the Class 12th (Science) examination, the GSEB declared 68,681 students as passed. The pass percentage for Group A students with Mathematics was 78.40 percent, while Group B students with Biology recorded a pass percentage of 68.58 percent.

About GSEB Board

The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) was established in 1972 under the Gujarat Secondary Education Act, 1972. Its primary responsibilities include conducting the board exams for Class 10 and Class 12, developing and updating the syllabus for secondary and higher secondary education, recommending textbooks to be taught in schools in Gujarat, and administering secondary and higher secondary schools in the state.

Additionally, the board is responsible for tasks such as recognition of new schools, performance evaluation, and inspection of schools associated with it. The board is also responsible for conducting the Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) for admission to various professional courses offered in the state of Gujarat.
