NEET PG 2024 Results Out On natboard.edu.in, Know How To Check And Download Scorecards

The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has announced the NEET PG results. Candidates can check the results on natboard.edu.in.

The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has announced the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Postgraduate (NEET PG) results. Candidates who appeared for the medical entrance exam conducted on August 11, 2024, can check their qualifying status on the official website at natboard.edu.in.

NEET PG 2024 exam was conducted by the NBEMS across 416 centers in 170 cities. The students who are able to qualify the examination will have the opportunity to secure admission to 26,168 Doctor of Medicine (MD), 13,649 Master of Surgery (MS), 922 PG Diploma, and 1,338 DNB CET seats.

NEET PG Result 2024: How To Check Your Result?

Candidates who appeared for the NEET PG exam can follow these steps to check and download their scorecards:

  • Visit the official website at natboard.edu.in.

  • On the homepage, click on the NEET PG 2024 result link.

  • The merit list PDF (result) will be displayed on your screen.

  • Use Ctrl+F to search for your name.

  • View and download the result PDF.

The NBEMS will also release the category-wise cut-off marks along with the NEET PG results. Candidates who score above or equivalent to the cut-off marks are eligible for further admissions.

The last year cut-off marks for NEET PG were as follows:

General and EWS categories- 291

General-PwBD candidates- 274 

SC, ST, and OBC candidates (including PwBD of SC/ST/OBC)- 257 

About NEET-PG 2024

The NEET-PG exam was initially supposed to be conducted on June 23. However, amid the allegations of irregularities in various competitive examinations including the NEET-UG 2024, the exam was postponed.

Subsequently, a fresh date was announced for the examination, 13 days after its cancellation. It was finally held on August 11 in two shifts.

NEET PG is an entrance exam conducted every year in a computer-based format for admission to various MD (Doctor of Medicine), MS (Master of Surgery), and PG Diploma courses across India. NEET PG scores can also be used for securing admission to various postgraduate MBBS and DNB courses.
