Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas (JNVs) are co-educational, residential schools, fully financed by Government of India and run by Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, an autonomous organization that comes under the purview of Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD). Admissions to JNVs begin from class 6^th, however, an All India Level Test is organized every year to fill vacant seats via Class 9^th lateral entry scheme. The JNV Class 9^th Lateral Entry Exam 2019 will be an OMR based test that will comprise of questions from English (15), Hindi(15), Maths (35) and Science (35) totalling 100 marks.
