UPSSSC PET 2023 Dates Announced: Exam To Be Held On October 28, 29 - See Details

Registered candidates can edit/ update their submitted UPSSSC PET 2023 Applications on upsssc.gov.in, till September 6, 2023.

The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has announced the exam dates for the UPSSSC PET (Preliminary Eligibility Test) 2023. As per the schedule, the commission will conduct the UPSSSC PET 2023 Exam on October 28 and 29, 2023. The exam will be held at designated exam centres across Uttar Pradesh. The UPSSSC notified the PET 2023 Exam through an official notice. “It is to inform all candidates concerned with the Preliminary Eligibility Test 2023 (PET 2023) that the exam has been proposed to be held on October 28 and 29, 2023. Candidates will be notified about the release of Admit Cards of the exam at the earliest,” reads the notice in this regard on the official UPSSSC website.

Candidates who have registered for the UPSSSC PET 2023 Exam may note that the application correction window for the exam is open online and those who wish to make changes in their applications can do the same till September 6, 2023. Earlier, the UPSSSC started inviting applications for the PET 2023 Exam from August 1, to August 30, 2023. Candidates who passed their Class 10th, Class 12th board exams aged between 18 to 40 years were eligible to apply for the UPSSSC PET 2023 Exam. 

Notably, the UPSSSC conducts the PET 2023 Exam to shortlist suitable candidates for recruitment into various Group-B and Group-C posts in the Uttar Pradesh government. The preliminary exam will be held on two shifts: morning and afternoon, and the exam paper shall consist of questions from general knowledge, quantitative aptitude, reasoning, etc. The commission will also hold a Main examination for various posts on offer through the recruitment. UPSSSC PET 2023: Steps To Edit Application

  • Visit the official website - upsssc.gov.in
  • On the homepage, click on the link that reads ‘Modify Submitted Application”
  • Login using your credentials
  • Edit/Update your application accordingly
  • Review and save the application form
