UP Police Recruitment 2021: Last Date for Application Fee Payment for 9,534 SI Posts Extended

UP Police Recruitment 2021: The UP Police Recruitment and Promotion Board has extended the deadline for paying the application fee for the posts of SI till July 1, 2021.

UP Police Recruitment 2021: The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board has extended the date for submission of the application fee for the posts of SI. Candidates can now pay the application fee by July 1, 2021. Earlier, the last date for the submission of the application fee was June 25, 2021, while the last date for application submission was June 15, 2021. The details regarding the deadline extension have been published by the board on the official website (uppbpb.gov.in). However, the board has not extended the application date.

Board has not permitted new registrations

According to the board, candidates who have the reference number (those who registered before June 15, the last date for online application) but haven't been able to complete the transaction due to the banking server problems can complete the submission process by July 1. The board has also made it clear that no new registrations will be allowed.

 Recruitment for over 9,000 posts to be done

There are 9,534 SI vacancies in UP Police. These posts include 9,207 posts of Sub-Inspector in Civil Police, 484 posts of Platoon Commander in PAC, and 23 posts of Fire II Officer. Out of these 9,000+ posts, 3,613 are for the reserved category.

Application date has been extended twice

The date of application for these posts has been extended twice earlier. The last date for application submission was April 30, 2021, which was later extended to May 30, 2021. Later, the last date for re-submission of applications was extended till June 15, 2021.
