The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the exam date for the SSC JHT (Junior Hindi Translator) Paper-2 Exam 2023. Candidates who have applied for the SSC JHT Recruitment 2203 and are gearing up to appear in the written exams can check the dates of the SSC JHT Paper-2 2023 on the official website - ssc.nic.in. As per the schedule announced by the commission, the SSC JHT Paper-2 Exam 2023 will be held on December 31, 2023. The SSC notified the date of the exam through an official notice on its website. 

“The Commission has decided to conduct the Junior Hindi Translator, Junior Translator and Senior Hindi Translator Examination, 2023 (PaperII) on 31st December, 2023,” reads the official SSC notice. Notably, the Commission will conduct the SSC JHT Paper-1 Exam 2023 on October 16, 2023. 

Candidates who will be appearing for the SSC JHT Paper-2 Examination may note that the exam shall consist of descriptive type questions and shall carry a maximum of 200 marks. Candidates will be allowed a maximum time duration of two hours to answer the questions. The final shortlisting of candidates for the recruitment shall be done based on the performance of candidates in Paper-1 and Paper-2 Exams of the recruitment. 

The SSC is conducting the recruitment drive to fill a total of 307 vacancies in various departments of the government of India. The recruitment drive aims to fill vacancies for the posts of Junior Hindi Translator, Junior Translator, Senior Hindi Translator, and Hindi Pradhyapak.

Following the announcement of the final result of the SSC JHT recruitment 2023, the document verification and appointment formalities of the shortlisted candidates will be carried out at the respective allocated departments of candidates. Earlier this year, the SSC also released the final result of the SSC JHT recruitment on February 8, 2023. The JHT Recruitment 2022 was conducted to fill a total of 441 vacancies for the posts of Junior Hindi Translator, Junior Translator, and Senior Translator.
