The shortlisting of candidates for the SBI Junior Associate - Clerk (Customer Support and Sales) posts shall be done through a three-stage selection process.
The State Bank of India will close the registration process for SBI Junior Associate - CLerical Grade Recruitment 2023. Interested and eligible candidates who are yet to apply for the recruitment are advised to submit their applications for the recruitment at the earliest on the official website - sbi.co.in.Notably, the State bank of India is conducting the Junior Associate Recruitment 2023 to fill a total of 8283 Junior Associate/ Clerk (Customer Support and Sales) posts in its various circles/ branches across the country.
Candidates who have completed their Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university can apply for the SBI Junior Associate Recruitment 2023. Those who are in the final year of their graduation degrees can also apply for the recruitment. Furthermore, to apply for the SBI Junior Associate Recruitment 2023, candidates must be aged between 20 to 28 years.
Interested candidates may also note that the application fee for the recruitment for General/ OBC/ EWS category candidates is Rs 750, while SC/ ST/ PwD candidates are exempted from paying any application fee.
The SBI shall shortlist candidates for the recruitment based on a three-stage recruitment process that would include a Preliminary Exam, Main Exam, and specified opted local language. The Preliminary Exam will be conducted in the online CBT (Computer Based Test) mode, and will consist of a total of 100 objective-type questions, and a maximum time duration of 60 minutes. The preliminary exam shall consist of questions from English language, Numerical Ability, and Reasoning Ability.
Candidates who clear the preliminary exam shall move forward to the main examination.The Main Exam would be conducted in the online node as well, and will consist of a total 190 questions from General/ Financial Awareness, General English, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning Ability & Computer Aptitude combined. The maximum marks for the exam shall be 200, and candidates will be given a maximum time limit of 2 hours and 40 minutes to answer all questions.
As per the official recruitment notification, the SBI is tentatively scheduled to conduct the SBI Junior Associate Preliminary Exam 2023 in January 2024, while the Main Exam is tentatively scheduled to be held in February 2024. The SBI is likely to notify the final dates of the exam and the release of admit cards in due course of time.
