The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released its annual calendar for various recruitments. The calendar outlines schedules for posts such as ALP, Technician, Non-Technician, and JE. Those interested can access the RRB annual calendar via the official website of their respective regional RRBs.

According to the calendar, the recruitment process for the ALP post will take place from January to March 2024, while the RRB Technicians recruitment process is scheduled for April to June.

Additionally, the recruitment drive for RRB non-technical popular categories, including graduate (Level 4, 5 & 6) and under-graduate (Level 2 & 3) positions, is slated for July to September 2024.

The recruitment process for Junior Engineers and Paramedical categories is scheduled to take place from July to September 2024. Concurrently, Level 1 and Ministerial & Isolated categories recruitment will be conducted from October to December of the same year.

The RRB ALP CBT examination is tentatively planned to occur between June and August 2024, with the second stage (CBT 2) exams slated for September 2024.

In the midst of these proceedings, the registration for RRB ALP recruitment 2024 commenced on January 20. The recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 5,696 assistant loco pilot vacancies in the Indian Railways. Interested candidates must apply by February 19. The RRB ALP application correction window will be active from February 20 to February 29, 2024.
