CGPSC State Services Exam 2023: Notification Released, Applications To Begin From December 1

The CGPSC has notified the Chhattisgarh State Services Exam 2023 to fill a total of 242 vacancies in various departments of the Chhattisgarh government.

The Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission (CGPSC) has released the notification for the Chhattisgarh State Services Exam 2023. As per the official notification, the CGPSC will start accepting applications for the CGPSC State Services Exam 2023 from December 1, 2023, on its official website - psc.cg.gov.in. Candidates will be able to apply for the recruitment till December 30, 2023. Following the closure of the registration window, registered applicants will also be able to edit their submitted applications from December 31, 2023, to January 3, 2024.

Candidates who have completed their graduation degree from a recognised university shall be eligible to apply for the CGPSC State Services Exam 2023. Candidates who are in their final degree, and those from outside Chhattisgarh can also apply for the exam. However, interested candidates may note that candidates from outside Chhattisgarh will be required to pay an application fee of Rs 400, while registering for the Chhattisgarh State Services Exam 2023. There is no registration fee for candidates from Chhattisgarh. 

Notably, the CGPSC has notified the Chhattisgarh State Services Exam 2023 to fill a total of 242 vacancies in various departments of the Chhattisgarh government. The shortlisting of candidates for the recruitment shall be done through a multi-stage selection process consisting of a preliminary examination and main examination, followed by interviews. As per the official schedule, the CGPSC will conduct the Chhattisgarh State Services Preliminary Exam 2023 on February 11, 2024. The exam will be conducted in two shifts. While the first shift of the exam shall be conducted from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon, the second shift will be held from 03:00 pm to 05:00 pm. 

Candidates who clear the CGPSC State Services Preliminary Exam, will be called for the main examination. As per the official notification, the CGPSC State Services Main Examination is tentatively scheduled to be held on June 13, 14, 15, and 16.
