Gate 2023 Admit Card Releasing On January 9, Exam to Begin From February 4, 2023

IIT Kanpur has postponed the release of GATE 2023 Admit Cards. Scheduled to be released today, the GATE 2023 Admit Card will now be available on January 9. Read below for more details.

The availability of GATE 2023 Admit Cards has been delayed. The GATE 2023 organising institute IIT Kanpur has postponed the release of GATE 2023 Admit Card to January 9, 2023. A recent notification posted on the GATE 2023 official website notified about the postponement of the admit card release. “Due to operational reasons, admit card download is delayed, and now it will be enabled on 9th January 2023,” read the notification on the official website. 

Earlier, the GATE 2023 Admit Card was said to be released today, January 3, 2023. Once released on the revised date, registered candidates will be able to download their GATE 2023 Admit Cards from the GATE 2023 Official Website - gate.iitk.ac.in. Candidates will be required to login to the portal using their login ID and password to download their admit cards. 

The GATE 2023 Exam will be conducted on February 4, 5, 11, and 12, 2023, in the CBT (Computer Based Test) mode. The exam will be held in two sessions: 09:30 AM to 12:30 PM, and 02:30 to 05:30 PM. The GATE 2023 Exam will be conducted in 29 different subject areas with the choice of selecting two papers in some subjects. Notably, every year, the GATE Exam is conducted for admissions into various Postgraduate courses and engineering jobs in IITs, government-supported institutions and agencies.

• Visit the official GATE 2023 website - gate.iitk.ac.in
• On the homepage, click on the “GATE 2023 Admit Card” link 
• In the new screen that opens, login using your login credentials
• Your GATE 2023 Admit Card shall now be displayed on your screen
• Download and save the admit card for future reference
