CUET-UG 2024 Registration Last Date Extended: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has extended the registration deadline for the CUET-UG 2024 Examination till April 5, 2024. Earlier, the last date to apply online was March 31. The application window for CUET UG 2024 will close at 11:50 pm on the final day. Interested and eligible candidates who wish to appear for the exam but are yet to apply for the same can submit their CUET-UG 2024 registration cum application forms on the official website - cuetug.ntaonline.in.

CUET-UG 2024 Exam Pattern

The CUET UG 2024 exam will feature 61 subjects, categorised as 33 languages, 27 domain-specific subjects, and one general subject. The examination will be conducted in a hybrid format, allowing candidates to choose between paper-based and computer-based tests. 

For the pen and paper format, there will be three shifts. Thirteen languages in which the question paper will be available include Assamese, Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Punjabi, Odia, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu. Candidates must attempt 40 out of the 50 questions on the CUET UG question paper.

For the CUET UG 2024 general test, candidates must answer fifty out of sixty questions, with the question paper consisting of ten options. The duration for attempting the general test question paper is 45 minutes.

However, for subjects like mathematics/applied mathematics, accounting, physics, chemistry, economics, computer science/informatics practices, and general tests, candidates will have 60 minutes to complete the exam.
