The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has commenced the CBSE Board Exam 2024 today, February 15, 2024. The Class 10 board examination is scheduled to run from February 15 to March 13, 2024, while the Class 12 board examination will be held from February 15 to April 2, 2024. This year, more than 39 lakh candidates are expected to participate in the examinations across 26 countries, including India and abroad. Exams will start at 10:30 am on all scheduled days, with the majority of papers concluding at 1:30 pm, though some may finish earlier at 12:30 pm

CBSE Board Exams 2024 Guidelines:
- Students are allowed to carry a transparent clipboard and pencil box to the examination center, ensuring they are free of any writing or scribbling.
- Only blue ink should be used for answering questions; red ink and other colored inks, including black, are not permitted.
- Admit card printouts must be brought to the examination center; no other papers or sheets are allowed.
- Diabetic students or those with medical conditions may bring a small packet of food/biscuits to the examination hall.
- Pens, water bottles, transparent clipboards, small sanitizer bottles, and masks are allowed as specified on the CBSE Admit Card.
- Smartwatches, mobile phones, Bluetooth speakers, and other electronic gadgets are strictly forbidden in the examination hall.
- Students are advised to wear their respective school uniforms to the exam centers.
