AP EAMCET 2020: Counselling Begins Today, Here’s What You Have To Keep In Mind

The counselling for AP EAMCET 2020 has begun from today. Qualified students should keep the following instructions in mind.

AP EAMCET 2020: Andhra Pradesh State Council for Higher Education (APSCHE) has scheduled the AP EAMCET counselling 2020 to begin from today. The announcement was made by the Convener of Admissions, Special Commissioner of Technical Education MM Nayak on Saturday. ALSO READ|Good News! JEE Main Will Be Conducted In More Regional Languages From Next Year, Says Education Minister According to the notification, all students from the first rank to the last rank have to pay a processing fee and get their certificates verified. Here are things to keep in mind while participating in the Emacet Counselingg
  • Students who under the OC/BC category have to pay Rs.1200/- (for OC/BC) and those under SC/ST category have to pay Rs. 600/- (for SC/ST) of Processing Fee online through credit card/ debit card/net banking using the “Pay Processing Fee” link in the web site.
  • Certificates verification will be held from October 23 to 27 followed by web options registration which will be followed by seat allocation.
  • Online counselling will be held for candidates with ranks from 1 to 20,000 on October 23rd, for ranks 20,001 to 50,000 October 24th; for candidates with ranks from 50,001 to 80,000 councelling will be held on October 25th, on October 26 for ranks 8,0001 to 1,10,000. On October 27, rankers from 1,10,001 onwards will be counselled.
  •  Candidates have to submit all original Certificates and two sets of Xerox copies
  • Candidates should have qualified for the AP EAMCET 2020 exam and obtained a rank. Candidates should have qualified 10+2 or its equivalent examination. OC candidates should have obtained a minimum of 45% marks [44.5% and above] in group subjects. Reserved category candidates [BC/SC/ST] should have obtained 40% marks [39.5% and above] in group subjects.
