MCD Election 2022 Live: Delhi State Election Commissioner (SEC) Vijay Dev on November 4 announced dates for the long-due Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) polls. Delhi State Election Commission announced that voting for unified three municipal corporations - East Delhi Municipal Corporation, South Delhi Municipal Corporation and North Delhi Municipal Corporation - into one MCD will be held on December 4. Counting of the votes will be held on December 7 and the results will be announced the same day.

1. Naraina: In the Rajinder Nagar Delhi assembly constituency, Naraina is ward number one hundred-and-thirty-nine in the Delhi Civic Polls 2022 and has a total population of 80,240. The Naraina (Ward 139) MCD seat is unreserved.

2. Inder Puri: In the Rajinder Nagar Delhi assembly constituency, Inder Puri is ward number one hundred-and-forty in the Delhi Civic Polls 2022 and has a total population of 59,603. The Inder Puri (Ward 140) MCD seat is reserved for Schedule Caste.

3. Rajinder Nagar: In the Rajinder Nagar Delhi assembly constituency, Rajinder Nagar is ward number one hundred-and-forty-one in the Delhi Civic Polls 2022 and has a total population of 62,224. The Rajinder Nagar (Ward 141) MCD seat is reserved for women.
