Delhi: After A Cloudy Tuesday, IMD Predicts Light Rain On Wednesday

Due to calmer winds, a layer of hazy haze enveloped Delhi on Tuesday, with air quality deteriorating to the higher end of the "very poor" category.

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Tuesday forecasted light rain or drizzle on Wednesday.

According to meteorological statistics, the city's maximum temperature on Monday was 33 degrees Celsius, the highest for the month of November since 2008.

Due to calmer winds, Delhi's air quality on Tuesday worsened to the upper end of the "very poor" category, shrouding the city in a veil of thick haze.
