CBI has also found the CCTV footage of the act when Sudhir Sangwan was forcing Sonali to drink something.

Sonali Phogat Murder Case: In yet another revelation by the CBI in its chargesheet, it has been found that Sonali Phogat was forcibly given MDMA drugs and not once but 7 times. She was given drugs from a plastic bottle. According to the chargesheet, when Sonali Phogat, Sudhir Sangwan, and Sukhwinder were all at Curlies restaurant, Sudhir and Sukhwinder were giving her something to drink from a plastic bottle.

A CCTV of this incident has also come to the fore. When CBI examined all the CCTVs, it found that Sudhir and Sukhwinder had given drugs to Sonali 7 times.

According to the chargesheet, in camera number 9 of Curlies restaurant, both Sudhir and Sukhwinder could be seen giving MDMA to Sonali on the night of August 22 at 01:09, 01:10, 01:13, 01:19, 01:22, 01:25, and 01:27 AM.

The CBI in its chargesheet said that Phogat was forced to take drugs by Singh and Sangwan hours before her death on August 23. The charge sheet has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC) in Mapusa. The CBI interrogated both the accused, who were arrested in the case, in Kolwale Jail. The CBI has also examined the documents of the Goa Police, which run into more than 500 pages.
